Privacy policy

The plain-English version of how we treat your information. Last updated August 2026.

What we collect

When you call us or become a client, we keep what's needed to do the work: your name, phone number, address for on-site visits, and service notes about your equipment and what we did. If you're a OneStop member with monitoring, our tools collect technical health and security data from covered computers, not your files, browsing, or documents.

What we do with it

We use it to schedule visits, provide support, run memberships, remember your setup so you don't have to re-explain it, and to reach you about our own services. We have never sold your information and never will. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. It is shared only with the vendors that make our services run (such as our ticketing system, remote-session tool, and security-monitoring platform), each bound by their own confidentiality obligations.

This website

Two things, and that's the whole list.

Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you accept them. The banner you saw on your first visit is a real switch. Choose “No thanks” and neither one is ever loaded, so no script runs and no request goes out.

Accept, and Analytics shows us which pages people actually find useful, in aggregate and not tied to your name, which is how this site gets better. Google Ads conversion tracking tells us which of our own ads led to someone getting in touch. That's advertising measurement, and we'd rather name it than dress it up. What it does not do is hand your details to anyone: we don't sell data, and there are no social media pixels on this site. You can change your mind any time using the cookie settings link, also in the footer of every page.

Whatever you send us through the contact form. That reaches our own scheduling system so we can get back to you. Its host sets one technical cookie that keeps your session talking to the same server while you fill the form in. That cookie isn't advertising, and it doesn't follow you anywhere else.

Until you accept, no analytics or advertising script loads. There are no social media pixels and no data brokers at any point.

Your choices

Want to know what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted? Call (928) 583-4454 and ask. If deletion conflicts with records we're required to keep (like invoices), we'll tell you exactly what stays and why.

Questions

Call us at (928) 583-4454, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. You'll reach our local team, not a call center.
