Help when you need it.
Protection when you don't.
Every level includes unlimited remote and phone tech support during business hours. The levels differ in how much we do when you're not calling.
The idea, in one sentence
It's like having a technician in your pocket.
Something acting up? Call us. A quick remote session or a patient voice on the phone fixes it, as often as you need, at no charge, from people who already know your setup. That's every level. The higher levels also protect your computers between calls, so most problems never get far enough to interrupt your day.
-
Call as often as you like
The pop-up, the frozen printer, the email that locked you out: handled in minutes, and the call is always free.
-
We remember the history, you keep the passwords
Every call is written up, so we know what we fixed last spring without asking. Your passwords stay yours. We never keep them on file.
-
Protection between calls
Plus and Ultimate patch, monitor and guard your computers around the clock. Most problems get handled before you'd have noticed.

Parts, liquid damage, screens, board-level work, physical data recovery and new-computer setup are not included unless we have written that they are.
Support is priced per household, because it's people who call. Protection is priced per computer, since that's where it gets installed.
Each level is about $15 a month more than the one before it. 12-month term, billed monthly or yearly. Paying yearly saves 5% ($399 instead of $420 on Standard). Renews automatically each year. We start sending renewal reminders 60 days ahead, and ask for 30 days' written notice to cancel before renewal.

Non-member rate: $160/hr, one-hour minimum on-site, 30-minute minimum remote. No trip fee and no diagnostic fee. Your time starts when your technician is dispatched, so you pay for the drive out. One direction only, never both. Those hourly figures are for work at your home. Tek Shop labor will be flat-rate, at four prices set by what the job needs.
Deciding between Plus and Ultimate
Ultimate will cover shop labor, too
The Tek Shop is our service center in Prescott, Arizona, opening November 1, 2026. Labor there will be flat-rate: four prices, from $40 to $320, set by what the job needs rather than by how long it takes.
Included with Ultimate
With a OneStop Ultimate membership, in-shop labor on the enrolled device is included at Tek Counter, Tek Standard, Tek Core and Tek Advanced.
Parts, liquid damage, screens, board-level work, physical data recovery and new-computer setup are not included unless we have written that they are.
The member discount takes 20% off hourly labor on both Plus and Ultimate. Ultimate is the level that covers the shop labor itself.

Price-Lock Guarantee
the rates you join at are the rates you keep. When our standard prices go up, active members stay on the pricing that was in effect the day they signed up. Your membership dues and your labor discount are both locked for as long as your membership stays active.
The Ultimate difference
What a 24/7 security team actually does for a house
A SOC (security operations center) is a team of analysts watching alerts around the clock and acting on them. Every bank has one. Most hospitals do. Almost no household has ever been offered one.
- 24/7/365a real person on shift when the alert fires
- Response, not reportsthe threat gets stopped, then you get told
- DNS filteringthe bad site never loads in the first place
Software alone flags things; a person decides. When a login from the wrong country shows up on an Ultimate computer at 3am, or a program starts encrypting files it shouldn't touch, a human sees it, isolates the machine, and stops it mid-act. You find out over coffee, not after the damage.
This is enterprise security, priced for a household: $65 a month. We aren't the only company around here that can point a SOC at a home. We don't know of another that sells it as a standard tier with a price on it, rather than a quote for whoever thinks to ask. That's the difference between something being possible and something being offered.
Straight answers
“I rarely need to call you, so do I really need a membership?”
That's exactly the point. We take care of things so you don't have to call.
Every membership makes calling free: most home tech problems (the vanished printer, the locked email, the pop-up that won't leave) are fixed in a quick remote session that costs non-members from $80 a time. Standard is for households that want those calls to be free. A few small fixes a year already covers its $399, and your one house call comes at a discount too.
Plus and Ultimate go further: they handle things before you'd have called. Anti-malware, Windows patching and error monitoring run quietly on every covered computer, and on Ultimate a real security team watches around the clock. The quiet weeks are the membership working.
Don't take our word for it

The fine print, in plain English
What if I never call?
Then your membership is doing exactly what it should. Plus and Ultimate work hardest between calls. They patch, monitor and protect your computers so problems get handled before they reach you. And when you do want a human, that call is always free.
Is there a contract?
Every level is a 12-month term, billed monthly or yearly, and paying yearly saves 5%. It renews automatically each year, and you can cancel any time before your renewal date.
What is the Price-Lock Guarantee?
Price-Lock Guarantee: the rates you join at are the rates you keep. When our standard prices go up, active members stay on the pricing that was in effect the day they signed up. Your membership dues and your labor discount are both locked for as long as your membership stays active.
What counts as a computer?
A computer means a Windows PC or a Mac. Phones and tablets are not counted, and are not covered by monitoring.
I'm not in Arizona. Can I be a member?
Yes. Remote and phone support works anywhere in the United States, and so does everything Plus and Ultimate run on your computers. Hands-on work is what needs you local: an on-site visit, and the Tek Shop in Prescott, Arizona once it opens November 1, 2026.
What does phone support cover?
Pretty much anything we can talk you through, including your computer, your printer, your tablet, the smart doorbell and the TV that lost its mind. If it can be solved with a patient voice on the phone, it's covered.
Does Ultimate cover work at the Tek Shop?
The Tek Shop opens November 1, 2026.
What is not included?
Parts and hardware, on-site labor (that's what the member discount is for), and after-hours emergency work, which bills at $320/hour for everyone. In-shop labor is the exception on Ultimate, and it has limits of its own: Parts, liquid damage, screens, board-level work, physical data recovery and new-computer setup are not included unless we have written that they are. We'd rather be clear about the edges than surprise you at an invoice.
