When we're done, the session ends and we can't reach the machine again until you start a new one.

Is it safe to let you connect to my computer?
You approve the session, you watch everything we do on your own screen, and you can end it at any moment. We never connect without you starting it, and the tool disconnects when we're done. It's far safer than the alternative most people try: letting a stranger from a pop-up 'help'.
What can you fix remotely?
More than most people expect: viruses and pop-ups, email trouble, printers, slowness, settings, software installs, backup checks, and walk-through help on almost anything. What we cannot do remotely is touch hardware. A dead machine or a WiFi rewire needs hands. In the Prescott area, that work happens at the house, or at the Tek Shop counter when the machine can come to us.
What devices can you connect to?
Windows PCs, Macs, and (for many problems) phones and tablets. And phone guidance covers nearly everything else: if we can talk you through it patiently, we do.
I'm not in Arizona. Does this work for me?
Yes. Remote sessions and OneStop membership work in all 50 states. You reach the same technicians in Prescott, not a call center.
