A lot of our clients are over 70, and plenty use assistive technology. This site is built for them on purpose, not retrofitted.
Our standard
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Concretely: body text is at least 18px and never shrinks on phones, every color combination meets contrast minimums, every control works by keyboard with a visible focus indicator, touch targets are at least 44px, animations respect your reduced-motion setting, and the phone number is always real text your screen reader can speak.
How we test
Automated checks (axe-core) run against every page on every build, and we test by hand with keyboard-only navigation and the NVDA screen reader. Zero known violations is the bar for shipping.
Known limitations
Our online request form is supplied by our own scheduling system and rendered inside this page; we style and test it alongside everything else, but a change on their side can land between our audits. If you hit a barrier there, call us and we'll take the details by phone. Third-party sites we link to (like Google reviews) follow their own accessibility practices.
