When and how to reach us
- Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Closed all federal holidays and Black Friday.
- After hours
- After hours, you'll get an emergency option. Emergency work is billed at $320/hour.
- Phone only
- We don't take texts or emails for support. A five-minute conversation beats a day of message tag, and most fixes start on the call itself.
- Remote sessions
- If we ask you to start a screen-share, the tool is Splashtop SOS, and you'll download it from a link we give you on the phone, never from a pop-up.

Bring it to the counter
Some jobs are easier to hand over than to schedule: a drive swap, a malware cleanup, anything that wants a bench and a day. Labor at the counter is a flat price agreed before you hand the machine over, rather than the hourly rate.
